Dual Auber Temperature Controllers
The one on the left sets and controls
the Hot Liquor Tank/ Kettle temperature
by opening and closing the Honeywell
electric gas valve.
The one on the right sets and controls
the Mash Tun temperature by switching
Pump #1 on and off.
Pump #1 switches on and off automatically
to recirculate the liquid in the mash tun.
This exchanges heat from the hot liquor
tank and controls the mash tun temperature.
